7. Order Acceptance & Refusal

8. Shipping & Loss

Ownership transfers to purchaser once the package is accepted by the shipping carrier.

Contoura is not responsible for:

• Lost packages marked delivered

• Customs seizures

• Improper shipping address provided by customer

9. Returns & Refunds

Due to the sensitive nature of research materials:

All sales are final unless:

• Product arrives damaged

• Incorrect item received

Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
